Ingredients

    1 Lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (Cooked & Cubed)
    1 Box Stuffing Mix, Prepared
    2 10.75oz Cans Cream of Chicken Soup, Diluted
    1 1/2 Cups Brown Rice, Instant

Tips

I always use my leftover chicken and stuffing. Can also substitute turkey for the chicken, and use reduced fat soup if desired.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place diluted soup, cooked and cubed chicken, and rice into a casserole dish. Stir until combined.

Top mixture with prepared stuffing, covering entire area.

Bake until soup starts to bubble around the edges, about 35-45 minutes.
