Pork Chops and Rice Pork Chops and Rice
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8 Pork Loin Chops, trimmed lean
    2 Cans Black Beans, rinsed
    2 Can Chicken with Rice Soup
    2 Cups Brown Rice, cooked
    1 Can Jalapenos


Tips

Filling and just enough flavor but not too spicey. I divide it up into serving containers and take for lunch.


Directions

Lightly brown pork chops with seasoning - don't cook till done

Layer browned pork chops in Slow Cooker with a spoon of Chicken with Rice Soup on each chop. Add 1 cup of water. Cook until tender (3-4 Hours)

Take chops out of the Slow Cooker and cut/shred meat into bite size pieces. Return to Slow Cooker. Add rinsed beans, cooked brown rice and jalapenos. Add 2 cups water. Mix thoroughly.

Cook 1-2 more hours.

Serving Size: 1.5 Cups per serving
