Ingredients

100% Grass Fed Beef 85/15, 16 serving
Celery Hearts, Trader Joe's Organic (2 md stalks), 8 serving
Onions, raw, 2 large
Garlic, 6 cloves
*Muir Glen crushed tomatoes with basil 28 oz can, 2 serving
*natures promise organic carrots, 3 oz, 8 serving

Directions
Cut up celery, carrots, and garlic
Throw in a large pot
Fill pot with water almost up to level of produce inside
Cook lightly
Cook hamburger in a large skillet (might need 2 skillets)
Throw cut up onions in skillet to flavor hamburger
When almost cooked, pour 1 can of crushed tomatoes on top of hamburger
Let cook for a little longer
Pour hamburger and crushed tomatoes in pot with vegetables and garlic (strain vegetables and garlic for less "vegetable broth")
Add Italian seasoning, Cilantro, Thyme and a dash or two of Chili powder to finished product or while cooking hamburger
Enjoy! Keep it simple and experiment!
