Introduction

VERY easy to prepare and made with ingredients from the pantry. I get frozen pre-measured 6 oz. filets and use 2 to make this recipe. I serve this with brown rice and a salad or veggie. Ingredients

    Atlantic Salmon, 2 6-oz filets
    Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
    Dried Basil, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp (or to taste)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 tsp
    Garlic, dried, 1/2 tsp
    Cooking spray

Tips

You can use fresh herbs or garlic if you prefer.


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a pan (I use a clear glass pie plate) lightly with cooking spray. Place (thawed) filets in pan. Sprinkle all seasonings evenly over filets. Drizzle with lemon juice. Cover and bake 30-35 minutes or until done. Fish will flake easily with a fork.

Serving Size: Makes 2 6-oz servings
