    1 lb. Steak
    1 lb. Chicken breast
    2 medium onions
    2 large peppers
    1/2 medium tomato
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    1 tbsp. garlic powder
    2 tbsp. lime juice
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp coriander
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    2 tsp. cilantro


Serve with lettuce, tomato, black beans and your favorite whole wheat tortillas. Add a tbsp. of hot sauce to each serving to kick it up a little. (ALL OF THIS IS NOT FACTORED INTO THE NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION!)


Cut chicken and steak into strips and add it to a large pot along with the olive oil, lime juice and seasonings. Cook on medium while you chop the onions, tomato and peppers. Add them to the pot and cover. Let cook for 15 minutes.
