    1 kg beef mince (chicken mince can be used if you wish)
    2 cups of cooked mixed vegetables
    1 cup chicken gravy
    pinch salt


If you don't like beef mince use chicken mince, if you want a vegetarian savoury mince use Sanitarium Casserole mince.


Cook Mince in pan, drain off excess oil.
Cook mixed vegetables until soft.
Make some gravy or purchase pre-cooked gravy.
Mix all ingredients together and serve on rice, toast or noodles.
