Ingredients

    2 cups Beef Broth
    1 cup Red Wine
    1/2 cup Pearl Onions, Peeled
    1 1/2 cup White Mushrooms, Sliced
    1/2 cup Celery, Chopped
    1/2 cup Baby Carrots
    1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper, Sliced
    4 strips Bacon
    2 lbs. Cubed Round Steak
    1 tsp. Thyme
    1 tsp. Garlic
    1 tsp. Sea Salt
    1/2 tsp. Black Pepper, Cracked

Directions

Cook 4 strips of bacon, pat with paper towels and set aside. In the same pan, braise 2 lbs. steak(cubed) for one and a half minutes on medium high heat. Place braised beef and all other ingredients (including the bacon - cut into small pieces). Stir well and cook for 8 hours on low in crockpot.
