Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef
¼ cup finely chopped onions
1 yellow Master's Touch Vine Sweet Mini peppers
1 red Master's Touch Vine Sweet Mini peppers
1 tablespoon Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce, San Marcos
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon honey mustard
½ cup ketchup
1 tablespoon YS Organic Bee Farms 100% Certified Organic Raw Honey
3 tablespoons Jack Daniels or other bourbon
Pink Himlaylan salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
1. In a medium skillet over medium heat brown the meat, onion and peppers; drain any liquids. Set aside.
2. In a saucepan, combine garlic, mustard, ketchup, hone and Jack Daniels; mix thoroughly then bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook on low until desire consistency, about 30 minutes.
3. Combine the meat/pepper mixture to sauce.
4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
5. Serve on your favorite hamburger bun.
Serving Size: Makes 6 (1/2 cup) sloppy Jacks
