Ingredients

    2 slices Hormel microwave ready bacon ( or 2 T Hormel
    Real Bacon Bits or Pieces)
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 can cream of chicken soup 98% fat free
    (do not add water)
    1/2 c fat free sour cream
    1/2 c Light ranch dressing
    16 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
    Pepper to taste

Tips

Chicken can be frozen or thawed. You could also add chopped green onion or red onion to taste.


Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients together till creamy. Put chicken pieces in crock pot. Pour sauce over chicken. Cook on high 3.5 hrs. or on low for 7-8.

Serving Size: 4 oz chicken plus 1/4 of the sauce
