Ingredients

    Bass Fillets-2; potato-1 medium, sliced; Onion-medium, sliced; garlic powder-1 tspn; lemon juice-1 oz; pepper, black-dash; salt (optional)-dash

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice the potato into thin slices, then place them onto a sheet of tin foil, slightly overlapping them. Next place your fillets on top and sprinkle with garlic powder, pepper, salt (optional), and lemon juice. Now place slices of onion on top (put as much or as little as you desire). Wrap up the tin foil so as to prevent liquid from escaping. Place in the oven and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Makes one serving. You can repeat this recipe as many times as needed for the number of people you are to feed, but wrap each serving in its own tin foil package.
