Ingredients

    1 tsp Dijon Mustard
    2 Slices Wheat Bread
    1 hard boiled egg
    2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup spinach
    1 tsp salt

Directions

Slice egg into 3 or 4 pieces. Add salt onto egg. Spread mustard onto bread slices, then layer egg, cheese, and spinach on top.
