1/4 cup quick oats
1/8 cup wheat bran
1 tsp (unpacked) brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup almond milk
1 egg white

1 tsp margarine
1 tbsp pecans

2.Prepare the oatmeal: In a large bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
