    Excellent! I used skim milk instead of soy milk, but did everything else exact. It was several servings for me though, could never consume that amount in one sitting! Fairly high in fiber too... can't beat it! - 11/11/10

    I altered it a bit too, with Greek yogurt, added splenda brown sugar and some regular. It is pretty good. - 10/18/10

    I can't do splenda since it gives me migraines but I added amaretto creamer instead and it was fabulous! thanks for the recipe I never would have thought about pumpkin - 8/17/09
