Would i be able to use sugar free vanilla pudding instead of yogurt? I have numerous food allergies.
Excellent! I used skim milk instead of soy milk, but did everything else exact. It was several servings for me though, could never consume that amount in one sitting! Fairly high in fiber too... can't beat it!
I altered it a bit too, with Greek yogurt, added splenda brown sugar and some regular. It is pretty good.
