The other option here is to make up the dry mix and keep it in a plastic bag. When you want a quick warm brownie, mix 2 Tbsp dry mix with 1 Tbsp no fat vanilla yogurt and microwave for 1 minute in a small cup. This way I'm not tempted to eat the whole pan!
