    Egg, fresh, 6 large (remove)
    Spinach, frozen, 6 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 2.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Bacon, 8 medium slices, cooked (raw product (remove)
    Fat free half and half, 3 cup (remove)
    Gruyere Cheese, 6 oz (remove)
    Swiss Cheese, 6 oz (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz (remove)
    nutmeg, 1/8 tsp
    cayenne, 1/8 tsp


coat extra large glass rectangular dish with non-stick spray. Mix eggs, cream, nutmeg and cayenne with whisk.
Saute bacon, remove grease, saute onions. Defrost spinach and put in dishtowel. Squeeze all water out.

Sprinkle 1/2 c. cheese on bottom of dish. Spread onions, spinach over bottom. Sprinkle bacon. Pour Mixture over. Top with Cheese

Bake for 45-60 minutes until knife comes out clean.

Cool a bit before serving to set
