Ingredients

Italian seasoning
1 tsp parmesan cheese
1 piece Flat Out Foldit flatbread
1 1/2 oz cooked ground turkey
1 serving (17 slices) Hormel turkey pepperoni
1/4 C Kraft pizzeria or Italian five cheese
1 Tbsp Prego Heart Smart Roasted Tomato and Pepper Sauce
Optional: Veggies of your choice
Tips
Veggie toppings: Mushrooms, red onion, bell peppers
Directions
Spray flatbread with cooking spray. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese on the bread. Pop in toaster oven for about 3 minutes on "toast" setting.
Assemble pizzas. Spread on sauce. Layer pepperoni, ground turkey, veggies (if using those), and cheese.
Put back in toaster oven on "broil" setting for 10 to 12 minutes, watching that the bread does not burn around the edges.
This reheats well for a quick, easy lunch.
