    *Lemon Juice, use up to 1 lemon. less or more
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz) you can use as much or as little as you like to get the consistancy.
    tehina, 1 tbsp
    Olive Oil, .5 tbsp

Directions

easy peasy! rinse the chickpeas, dump every thing but water in the food processor, start to process it and add water to get the texture you like. Enjoy with fresh veggies, baked falafel or whole wheat pita!
