Introduction

Trying to create a newer and healtheir version of tuna salad, I looked up a couple of ideas and wound up combing them. I love both herbs and curry and couldn't decide which to use so I used both. Ingredients

    2-6oz. cans tuna in water
    4 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/4 C. finely chopped sweet red pepper
    1 small finely celery stalk
    2 Tbsp. mayo (reduced fat if you wish)
    2 Tbsp. reduced fat sour cream
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
    1/2 tsp. each dried dill and parsley
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    dash salt and pepper

Directions

Mix all ingrediants together and let sit at least 1/2 hour. Serve as sandwich or on bed of lettuce.
