    5 Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges (whatever flavor you wish)
    1/4 cup of skim milk


Grating or slicing the cheese tends to make it meld together better. If the cheese sauce is too thick, add milk 1 tbsp at a time until consistency desired is reached. If the sauce is too thin, either add another wedge or 1 tsp flour.


Heat the milk up on the stove in a small saucepan and add the Laughing Cow cheese one wedge at a time, stirring the entire time until blended.

Serving Size: makes 1/3 cup
