    Spinach, frozen, 1.5 cup (remove)
    *1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, 1 serving (remove)
    *sweet yellow onion, raw (1 medium onion), 1 serving (remove)
    *Garlic (fresh, raw, 1 clove), 3 serving (remove)
    *athenos feta, 4 oz (remove)

Saute veggies and garlic in oil until softened; add chopped ham until warmed. Stir in egg/ egg white mixture, then fold in feta. Transfer to oven at 360 degrees for about 35 minutes, until set and golden brown. Serve hot.
