    -Publix Vegetables Soup Mix with Savory Tomatoes, frozen (1 pound)-
    -Garlic (1 teaspoon)
    -Oregano (1 teaspoon)
    -Chili powder (1 teaspoon)
    -Cumin (1 teaspoon)
    -Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Directions

Heat ingredients in a saucepan to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover. Simmet at least 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables reach desired tenderness.
