Ingredients

    20 oz Elk Meat- ground
    1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    3 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
    1 Egg
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    3 Tbsp Garlic Powder
    2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning

Tips

Elk is better when it is not well done since it is lower in fat and can get tough. We like ours cooked medium to medium rare.


Directions

Add ingredients and combine. Form into six 3 oz patties. Refrigerate until ready to cook. Grill on lightly oiled grill.
