Ingredients

    2 pounds of ground lean beef
    4 onions
    2 peppers (green or red - your favorite)
    celery (the center part is very tastey) stalks
    Your favorite seasonings such as garlic powder; pepper; and oregano leaves

Tips

Freeze what you have left over for quick meals!


Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees and put in beef broken up with chpped onion, peppers, and celery (the center part is very tastey). Season with the seasonings of your choice such as garlic powder; pepper; and oregano leaves.

Once this is browned add the diced up potatoes; mushroom soup (2 large tins) and frozen mixed vegetables (large bag). Cover with water and simmer till the water has gone down.
