Ingredients

    2 cups quick-cooking oats
    1 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 cup butter
    2 tsps vanilla
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 cup raisins

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients and bake in 8x8 square pan, for 30 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
