Ingredients

    2 cups cooked rice
    2 cups ground oatmeal
    1 cup oatmeal
    1 cup plain yogurt
    2 eggs
    1 tsp salt
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 baking soda
    1 can of chicken broth
    1/4 cup oil
    1 can chicken breast 5 oz
    1 small onion diced
    1 cup of craisens
    Season to taste.
    I like to use season salt and mrs dash

Directions

Mix ingredients and Bake at 400 until golden brown.
