Ingredients

    1 cup water
    1 8oz can Beef Broth
    1 box Nueva Cocina Black Beans & Rice (no wheat)
    1 cup Mushrooms
    1 12oz Flank Steak

Directions

Cook Flank Steak on low temperature with Beef Broth and water.
25 min before serving add rice, beans and mushrooms. When all water is absorbed, flake rice. Ready to eat
Check to see if rice needs more water 1/2 way through.
