Introduction

a light version of ice cream with out using an ice cream maker a light version of ice cream with out using an ice cream maker

Ingredients

    4 bananas
    2 tbsp peanut butter
    2 tbsp low fat milk
    1/2 cup cool whip

Tips

this was supposed to be a two ingredient ice cream, but i found the cool whip and milk helped the bananas to get smooth with out killing the blender.


Directions

cut up 4 bananas into slices or smash into a plastic baggie. freeze. in a heavy duty blender or food processor blend until smooth then add peanut butter,milk and cool whip. blend until all are incorporated together.freeze until set/ you can just use the bananas and peanut butter if wish and will still come out just as good
