Number of Servings: 1

    4 bananas
    2 tbsp peanut butter
    2 tbsp low fat milk
    1/2 cup cool whip

this was supposed to be a two ingredient ice cream, but i found the cool whip and milk helped the bananas to get smooth with out killing the blender.

cut up 4 bananas into slices or smash into a plastic baggie. freeze. in a heavy duty blender or food processor blend until smooth then add peanut butter, milk and cool whip. blend until all are incorporated together.freeze until set/ you can just use the bananas and peanut butter if wish and will still come out just as good

Serving Size: 6 1/2 cup servins
