Ingredients

    Lipton veg. soup and dip dry mix 1 envelope
    4 cups water
    1 can diced tomatoes, with liquid
    1 can (Favorite) white beans, rinced and drained
    1 Turkey Burger ( white meat)
    3 cups kale, torn or chopped into bite-size peices

Directions

Add soup mix and 4 cups of water to lg. pot, stir well
add canned Diced tomatoes with liquid.
rince and drain white beans, add to soup
Chop turkey burger into small pieces,add to soup
bring to boil reduce to simmer, 10min.
tear or chop Kale into bite-size peices add to soup
simmer 10 min. serve.
