Ingredients

    Lean Ground Beef 8oz
    Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup 1can
    Fat Free MIlk 1c
    Fresh Mushrooms 1c chopped
    Dried Onion Flakes 2Tbs
    Low Fat Sour Cream .25c
    Red Wine .5oz
    Smart Balance Light Spread 1Tbs

Directions

Saute mushrooms in butter spread. In separate pan, brown hamburger and onion. In a bowl, wisk soup and milk together. Add the soup mixture and wine to the beef, simmer until thickened. Add sour cream stir and cook until heated through. Add mushrooms. Pour beef mixture over warm noodles. Add salt and pepper to taste. Makes 4 servings, 1.5c each.
