Ingredients

1 lb lean hamburger
onion
14 1/2 oz stewed tomatoes
12 oz tomato paste
1 T sugar (opt)
1 c water
2 T parsley flakes
1 t basil
24 oz cottage cheese, fat free
4 oz parmesean cheese
1 T Parsley Flakes
1 t oregano
8 oz lasagna nooles
8 oz mozzarella cheese
Directions
Brown hamburger and onion. Drain.
Mix stewed tomatoes, tomato paste, water, sugar, parsley flakes, mix with browned hamburger and onion.
Mix cottage cheese, parmesean cheese, parsley flakes, and oregano.
Layer starting with half the meat sauce on bottom of pan, half noodle, all cheese mixture, half the noodles, rest of meat sauce. Mozzarella on top.
Cover with foil.
350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes, uncover the last 15 minutes
Let sit 10 minutes before cutting.
