    1lb. Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast
    1 pkg. Reduced Sodium Taco Seasoning
    1 jar (about 16oz) Salsa
    10 Tortilla Shells


You could add low-fat sour cream or shredded cheese if you like for more flavor. Could also eat over rice instead of on a tortilla.


Add chicken to crock-pot (can be frozen). Add the taco seasoning and then the salsa. Cook on high for 4 hours. Remove chicken and shred it with two forks. Put back in the crock-pot for about 20 more minutes. Serve on Tortilla shells.
