Ingredients

1 TBS Margarine
1 16oz package frozen cooked shrimp
2 bell peppers cut into chunks
1 cup sliced white mushrooms
1/2 cup diced onions
lemon pepper
crystallized lemon or 1 tbs lemon juice
3/4 cup white wine
parmesan
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs minced garlic divided
1 tbs cornstarch
Directions
In large pan bring water to a boil for fettuccine noodles, cook according to package directions. At the same time in large skillet melt margarine, stir in half of garlic stir in frozen shrimp. Season with lemon pepper and crystallized lemon, saute until shrimp is just thawed - stirring often to not overcook. Remove from pan and set aside.
In same skillet add enough olive oil to coat pan add peppers and onions. Stirring often after approx. 5 minutes add mushrooms. When vegatables are aldente - add shrimp and white wine mixed with cornstarch. Stirring until thickened, Serve over fettuccine noodles and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
