Ingredients

    Pork roast 2-3 pounds
    1 head red cabbage, cored and shredded
    2 tart apples, peeled, cored and diced
    2 tbsp brown sugar.
    2 tbsp caraway seeds
    2tbs salt
    2 tbs pepper
    1/2 c balsamic or redwine or cider vinegar

Directions

combine everything but the pork roast and pepper in the crock pot. mix well. add roast on top and sprinkle with pepper. cook on high 4 hours. serve.
