Ingredients

    2 eggs beaten
    2 TBSP ground raw sunflower seed
    pinch of salt

    1 Tbsp Coconut Oil (approx)

Directions

Melt a little of the coconut oil in a nonstick skillet

Whisk eggs, ground seeds and salt. Pour 1/4 into skillet and tilt to spread batter if you want thin crepes or wraps. Flip when it's set.
