Ingredients

    1 Loaf Cinnamon Swirl Bread
    1 8oz. Package Cream Cheese, fat free
    3 Bananas, Sliced
    12 Eggs
    2 Cups Skim Milk
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Nutmeg

Directions

Cut bread into cubes. Cube Cream Cheese. Peel and slice Bananas. Toss lightly together. Put in a greased 9x13x2 pan.
Mix eggs,milk, salt & nutmeg. Pour over bread mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking.
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
