3/4 lb breakfast sausage
4 c shredded cheese

15 10" flour tortillas
Tips
This is a good way to set up quick breakfasts for 2 people per week. I throw these burritos in the microwave at work for about 1:30 on 70-80% power and they're perfect. Add some salsa or hot sauce if you like.
Directions
Saute veggies and sausage in a large pot then add eggs when sausage is fully cooked and the veggies are desired doneness. Stir until eggs are fully cooked. I then dump the whole mess into a collander to drain excess water. It makes the assembly of the burritos much cleaner/neater and the burritos won't be soggy.
