Ingredients

    24 oz ground venison
    1 tbl minced garlic
    1 medium yellow onion, diced
    1 tbl black pepper
    4 tbl chili powder
    6 oz Great Value tomato paste
    28 oz can Contadina crushed tomatoes
    16 oz can Bush's chili beans in hot sauce
    28 oz can Rotel Original diced tomatoes & green chilies
    16 oz can Bush's Best reduced sodium dark red kidney beans, drained & rinsed
    15 oz can Bush's Best reduced sodium black beans, drained & rinsed
    4 cups water
    2 1/2 cups Weight Watcher shredded Mexican style cheese (optional)

Directions

Spray a large soup pot with non stick cooking spray, & heat over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and onion, & cook until tender.

Add ground venison and cook until no longer pink, stirring occasionally.

Add remaining ingredients and stir until mixed thoroughly.

Cover and cook over medium heat stirring occasionally for 30 minutes.

Top each serving with 1/4 cup cheese
