Ingredients

    2 packages of turkey smoked sausage
    1 2-lb package of Southern style hashbrowns (cubes)
    1 12oz package of frozen mixed vegetables
    1 can of Mushroom soup (98% fat free)
    1 can of cheddar cheese soup
    1 can of broccoli and cheddar cheese soup

Tips

It is a good idea to stir midway through if possible to help the potatoes cook more evenly.


Directions

spray the slow cooker with non-stick spray.

add all the ingredients and stir.
Cook on high for ~4 hours
or low for 6-8 hours.
