An excellent source of fiber, that contains black beans, avocado, lime juice, garlic, and cheddar cheese! Delicious and quick to make, and don't forget that it's healthy too! Ingredients

    2 Avocados
    can of black beans
    2 tbsp lime juice
    2 cloves garlic
    2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Tips

If you make the dip the night before, and have not melted the cheese, refrigerate. While refrigerating, put the avocado pits inside of the dip, it will keep it fresh!


Directions

Pit, peel, and mash Avocados. Drain and rinse beans. Mince garlic cloves. Pour out 2 tbsp of lime juice.

Mix the avocado, beans, garlic, and lime juice all together. Sprinkle cheese on top of dip, and microwace until melted, approximately 1 minute.

Serving Size: Feeds about 8 people!
