Introduction

Healthy, variable smoothie with fruits and vegetables! Healthy, variable smoothie with fruits and vegetables!

Ingredients

    I blend these ingredients together to get more fruits and vegetables in my diet. My blender is great so I just add whole ingredients (peeled and seeded, of course!)

    1 banana
    1.5 c frozen blueberries (or any unsweetened frozen fruit)
    2 c fresh baby spinach
    1 or 2 fresh, raw carrots
    1 c unsweetened coconut water (or green tea)
    protein powder (I used Maca, whey would also work)
    flax or chia seeds
    any vegetable (I've used fresh red sweet peppers, asparagus, baby artichoke hearts, cucumbers, celery, anything)

Directions

seed, chop into large pieces, blend

Serving Size: fills a 20 oz cup
