Ingredients

    1 medium banana, cut up and frozen
    1 Tbls Almond Butter, unsweetened
    1 Tbls brown flax seeds
    .5 c vanilla almond milk
    .5 tsp honey
    2 drops vanilla extract

Directions

Cut banana up into pieces and freeze overnight. Add all ingredients into the blender and blend until creamy.

Serving Size: Makes 1.5 cups total
