Ingredients

    1/2 cup light butter (1 stick) melted
    3/4 cup Naturally made peanut butter
    3/4 cup granulated splenda
    3 large eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup coconut flour
    3/4 tsp baking soda



Tips

These are a bit mild in flavor but would taste perfect with a couple of chocolate chips or peanuts pressed into the top!


Directions

preheat oven to 350

mix splenda, melted butter, peanut butter & vanilla until blended, add in eggs and mix then add in coconut flour and baking soda.

drop but tablespoonfuls onto a parchment lined cookie sheet, and flatten with your fingers or a fork.

Bake for 11-13 minutes.
