Ingredients

    1 lb carrots, peeled, cut into wedges
    1/4 cup orange juice
    1 1/2 TBS butter
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Place carrots, juice, and butter in a medium sauce pan, bring to a simmer, cover, reduce heat to maintain a simmer and cook until carrots are tender (depends on size of carrots, about 10 minutes) Remove lid and continue cooking to let remaining liquid evaporate, several more minutes. Adjust seasoning and serve.
