1 lb. ground turkey
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 c. brown sugar, unpacked
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
4 c. cooked brown rice
1 (12oz) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
Directions
Cook ground turkey with sesame oil and garlic. Add brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger and pepper flakes and simmer 5 minutes. Add cooked rice and broccoli and heat thru.
