Ingredients

    3 eggs, scrambled
    1/3 cup chopped broccoli
    1 green onion, chopped
    2 Tbls green pepper chopped
    1 t olive oil
    1 oz. cream cheese, cut in small pieces

Directions

Saute veggies in olive oil until crisp tender. Scramble 3 eggs in bowl. Add 1 oz cream cheese, cut into small pieces. Add to saute pan and cook until almost set. Add tomatoes (chopped) and heat though.
