Ingredients

    1 2-lb london broil
    2 Tbsp olive oil

    dry rub
    2 Tbsp chili powder
    1 Tbsp dried oregano
    1 Tbsp paprika (sweet)
    2 tsp garlic powder
    4 pinches salt
    ground black pepper

Directions

coat london broil w/olive oil
coat generously w/rub mixture
let stand 10-15 mins room temp

grill about 5 mins each side for medium rare
let rest 5-10 mins
slice thinly against the grain

    Very Good
    My family likes spicy, so this was a good dish for us. However, in place of the chili powder, i usd a combination of red and white pepper and added onions. Yum! - 11/3/09

    This was okay. It has a very strong chilli pepper taste. Not what I was expecting for a beef dish. - 5/5/08
