Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Beef 93% Lean
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    .5 cup Onions, raw, chopped
    .5 cup, Celery, raw, diced
    2 tsp Garlic, minced
    .5 cup Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    2 cans Beef broth, bouillon, consomme
    1 can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
    1 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen
    2 tbsp A1 steak Sauce
    2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    .25 cup Red Wine (optional)
    3 tsp McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning,
    1 Bay Leaf
    1 bouillon cube or 1 teaspoon granules, low sodium

Tips

Add any vegetables you wish - like zucchini, roasted red peppers, cabbage


Directions

1. Brown ground beef in olive oil
2. Add onion and celery cook until soft
3. Add garlic and flax cook 1 minute
4. Add all the rest of the ingredients and simmer 15 - 20 minutes until veggies are soft
