Easy pancakes to use up your starter. Easy pancakes to use up your starter.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2 c sourdough starter
    1 tbsn maple syrup
    1 egg
    3 tbsn oil
    .5 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tbsn water

Directions

Mix all ingredients except baking soda and water. Mix baking soda and water separately and add to main mixture right before cooking. Heat your pan to medium high and start cooking. Flip when bubbling.
