Ingredients

    2 cans of black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can of corn, drained
    1 tsp of Vogue Vegebase bouillon
    1 cup of water
    1 cup of salsa or picante sauce
    2 green onions, chopped

Tips

Serve with multigrain tortilla chips, sour cream, and/or cheese. Guacamole might also be good.


Directions

Add 1 can of black beans, salsa, bouillon, and water to a blender or food processer. Process until fairly smooth. Add to medium- to large-sized pot, along with other can of black beans and green onions. Heat through and serve hot.
